Will58448
After doing a bit of research, I managed to find how to resize a item's mesh using Nikskope (very easy as it turns out!). However, dropping the item in-game it floats on the ground slightly, I realised the collision mesh is still the original. After some more research I'm still unsure how exactly collision meshes are edited, it seems more complicated, especially for a complete novice as myself! Would anyone with the skills and resources be willing to amend the collision meshes for me? It's two resizes of the brahmin meat. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjD2pm4eIUl3rT-yzw7dPob5g1Vm?e=wHVQaP
VIitS
If you are placing a static in the world, you can use the scale option in the REFR record to change the size and the collision will change with it. Changing collision on something you can loot would require you to completely rebuild the collision using 3DS Max 2013 and the Bethesda plugin (under Tools\Nif_Exporter wherever you have the CK installed). Will58448
Ah right, so 3DS is required, that's unfortunate. How difficult would it be to learn to rebuild the collision using it?
VIitS
Pretty easy, this is a nice short video I like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SssqMofI_Y. Note, it has to be 3DS Max 2013, it cannot be a newer version.
