New Game - Skills not improvimg - Pls Help

I've spend almost 5 days to get my installation to work perfect but never noticed the skills not increasing.

I started a new game and I am just about to leave the sewers when i noticed that NONE of my skills has increased - not even a single point.

I suspect it to be a mod, But which one i don't know

All the mods was cleaned with ts4edit.

I might have solved my problem. I did the following realizing i would have to do a clean install.

 

1. Removed COBL

2. Removed OBLIVION XP 1.5 (Found 1.9a now) Did not notice that XP did not Initialzie properly.

3. Reinstalled Oblivion XP 1.9a

4. Problem SOLVED

 

Not sure if Oblivion XP 1.5 was not properly installed or maybe i fiddled with one of the settings. Cant remember.

All I know is that Oblivion XP was the 100% problem.

 

Game running just smoothly with Oblivion XP working like it should be.
