Weird Dark World

I have a weird glitch that when traveling through the world. I have experienced it with two different mods. The first time i encountered this mod was with Monster Wars. The mod added in a watchtower to Winterhold and there was a stairs leading up to the top of the tower but it was a straight shot up there. It had the same thing that caves have to where at a certain point it would say "To Skyrim" but when I went through that point, everything in the world turned completely black except for the sky which was an insanely bright blue light. So i tried to load a new save but it wouldnt let me so i quit and restarted and never went through there again and havent thought anything of it. But the I installed Berts Breezehome Remodel and part of the quest to obtain the key is to go outside Whiterun and go to a sewer on the outside walls and go through and it had the same thing as caves except it was "To Dragonreach Grotto" and when i tried to go through, it did the same thing and this time I noticed that it still kept me in the outside of Whiterun. So I thought it had something to do with a mod that I installed that changed the region names from the generic "To Skyrim" to "To Falkthreath Hold" it just depended on where you were. So I uninstalled that mod and still had the problem so I was thing that it must have something to do with modded in entries because I dont have this problem with any vanilla entires. Does anyone know how to fix this? PS doors work fine.

Under further investigation, it seems like when going through these points it halfway loads you going there. Like it starts to "teleport" you to the point and just stops halfway leaving you in the halfway load land where only light are shown. I can see alll of the lights loaded like flames and the sky but that is it. I can still see the outline of buildings and other things but only if they are near the light. Here are some examples of what I am seeing. PS loading screen dont happen before this and i can still get the "To Dragonreach Grotto" when near the point but wont allow me to go through it.

Hi T0xicH4zard, just browsing and I found your thread and after taking a quick look at your load order I think I can point out a possible reason (though no guarantees!) why this "may" be happening.

I see your using both my cellar and the full remodel and I have to point out that both these mods change the same place (Breezehome and below) so would highly recommend choosing one and disabling the other, though you may get away with it if you try this:

Firstly, load up all your gear from both mods and head out of town, another city would be best as the mods not only change Breezehome inside and out but also adds the auto-load door to the grate by the stables, make a full save and quit then uninstall both mods, reload/continue and save again to remove all traces of both mods from your save-file then reinstall the cellar but this time deselect the greenhouse and garden (and garden cheat) in the installer, then reinstall the remodel (which has the greenhouse and grotto included), this will mean you'll lose the garden cheat and have to find the bug jars to bring the garden to life though, but it will stop the game getting confused about where to send you (the cellar versions grotto or the remodels).
