Converting an Oblivion Mod

Hi all,

 

I found a really wonderful retexture mod for a handful of books in Oblivion which I fell in love with. Problem is, when I tried to bring it over to Skyrim, I failed terribly. Could anyone with more than my basic knowledge of modding direct me as to how I might convert it. The mod is called Book Jackets KOTN HD Update for anyone that wants to know.
