Texture quality dropping

Hi

 

i have minor problems on Dragon textures, time to time dragons come on low textures when they attack while mean time

all other textures are as they should on max setting. Are these issues caused by that dam Bethesda texture pack?

 

Every time when this happens quit and returning to game fixes issue but its annoying.

Wonder what causes some textures to do that. It's not dragons for me, but some walls that look ghastly.
