Skyrim SE Crashing due to Load Order

So this is the first time ive asked for helped with game problems but I don't know how bad I messed up. So for starters, I wanted to play Skyrim with mods since ive played the full game multiple times in my life so I was recommended to get Nexus Mod Manager (Original). After doing so, I downloaded about 20 mods and proceeded to play the game. Everything worked as it should but it wast enough. I tried to disable some mods and download some others and then I went to bed. Now currently, if you already know, the game is crashing on start up and ive done some research that suggests it Load Order. So I uninstalled everything just helplessly trying to get a fresh start but it was still crashing. I now sit here not knowing what to do because TES5, Boss, and Mod Organizer is getting into s#*! I never thought I would have to go through. If someone could show me how to fix this giant mess on Parsec, I would greatly appreciate it. IM EVEN WILLING TO PAY.
