Bluefire101
When I play Fallout 3, as soon as any save or new game loads, the meshes flicker repeatedly. My Specs: ATI Radeon X16502GB RAM2.6GHz AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+32bit Windows Vista Screenies: http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j195/DkHawk/ScreenShot3.jpg Look in the top left corner where the letter A is. http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j195/DkHawk/ScreenShot4.jpg Look at the character's father's Pip Boy, as well as some hair. Also look at the table in the background, and the ground itself. Also take a look at the father's hair. As you can see there are the meshes showing of the characters. These constantly flicker whn I go around the game environment (anything that has a mesh usually has it flickering). Is there any way to solve this problem/glitch? If so, can someone please tell me why this is occurring?
AdamV
I had a problem similar to this and it was due to me screwing up my archive invalidation.
Bluefire101
Well even that didn't help, I uninstalled every single mod I had and turned the .ini files back to the original that I kept backups of. Even that didn't help the flicker go away. AHA! I fixed it. Turns out the flickering was caused by having Transparency Multisampling checked in the Fallout 3 Options
