How do I change the load order in Wrye Bash?

Ummmm, not really sure I've never used Wyre Bash to set load order although I'm pretty sure it can be done. I always use OBMM to set my load order. And if your wondering OBMM & Wyre Bash don't conflict with each other they actually complement each other & work very well side by side.

 

I use Wyre Bash to create my bashed patch and do some tweaking to save games, thats it.

And I use OBMM to add/remove mods, check for conflicts and set my load order, if it needs any further adjustments after running BOSS (formerly known as FCOMhelper).
