TehReaper
Theres a few mods I try to download that work very well with another mod that lets u have all perks regardless of level, but I can't find Fallout.INI folder to set some thing to 1 (the file starts with Bln or something, I think, and no, its not the bin). Any helpful comments would be very appreciated.
Smosh
It's the FALLOUT.ini that your looking for. It's in MyDocuments/MyGames/Fallout3 It should explain what you need to do in the mod read me.

Smosh
The thing is, the folders not IN there. You could always click START and then SEARCH and then look for the file FALLOUT.INI
Baelkin
FALLOUT.INI is a file, not a folder. Open the file in a text editor, seach for "bInvalidateOlderFiles" and change the 0 after the equality sign to a 1. Most Mod readme files also tells you where to find the FALLOUT.INI if you can't locate it on your system. You might have to enable showing "hidden" files, though I think it's unhidden per default. If anyone caan tell me, :thanks: Just figure out where the search function is on whatever text editor you are using and search for the string: bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 Once found replace the 0 with a 1 and save the file and you should be good to go. If you want to find it manually (why anyone would do that is beyond med though :P ) it's under the Archive section.
Smosh
Open the ini using notepad then try CTRL-F That usually brings up a dialogue box and enter bInvalidateOlderFiles and then search
