lonezergling Posted December 12, 2008 Share Posted December 12, 2008 Now that the GECK is out, all you need to do is find the weapon you want to mod in the trees. Then it's a simple matter of opening the edit window and going into the "On Hit" drop-down. You have the option of dismember only, explode only, neither dismember nor explode, or let the game use it's normal formula to determine if it's a clean shot, dismemberment, or explosion.
