Is there someone capable to add prisoner's execution random event to major cities? in solitude there is a scaffold yet but, as helgen teaches.. a simple block is more than adegeguate ^^ such a mod would give great immersion in my opinion would be nice even if sometimes patrollers with prisoners will execute them (but i think this is harder...)
