Wasteland NPCs have no text/dialogue

Hello. I'm having some troubles when talking to wasteland NPCs including Hunters, Wasteland Doctors, and Merchants. When I talk to them they have a "dramatic zoom in" and a text box appears with nothing in it. Then, it zooms back out and they go on with whatever they were doing. I have absolutely no clue what to do, and can't find anything on it. I'd really appreciate the help.

I would run BOSS on that and then make a merged patch in FO3Edit. You probably have a quest's dialogue being overridden somewhere.

 

Also, my headgear mod has been replaced by LCWE. The scripting has been improved by leaps and bounds, and armor swaps along with the headgear. It requires CotW, obviously, but I can probably remove that dependency for people who would rather not use it.
