Need help with crash in specific area!

As title says, I can't get into my suite at all! Everytime I use the elevator, I see the loading screens and hear the corresponding sounds. Just when it sounds like I've "arrived", the game crashes to my desktop.

Tried changing settings, reverting to older save points and it still crashes everytime I use the elevator.

Is this due to corrupted save files or something? I never had this problem before today.

Read somewhere of someone having the same problem and he used tcl to get into his suite through the door on the balcony.

I'm running windows vista and can't open the console for the life of me.

Can anyone help me please?

Running any mods? Someone said they got this bug after installing some bugfix mods... actually I have no idea what would cause this.

Yep I'm running some mods too. I tried clearing my plugins.txt (am not using FOMM) and trying the elevator again but it still crashes. I found an earlier save that works but it doesn't help much. I made that save while in the midst of transporting loot from Evergreen Mills back to my suite. After testing that the elevator works for me, I fast travelled back to Evergreen Mills and when I came back to the elevator it crashes again.

 

Maybe I'll never be able to fast travel again lol. Will do more testing with other places.

I just tried and it seems I cannot leave Tenpenny Towers from that save. Once I leave it always crashes in the elevator when I return. :(

 

Guess I'll have me and Jericho load up all my junk and head back to Rivet City. Not to mention that all quests involving me having to enter the upper levels of Tenpenny Tower are gonna be suspended. At least until a fix arrives.
