Nightcaller Temple Style CTD when attempt to Save/Autosave

So I actually got through Nightcaller Temple on this save something like 50 gameplay hours ago. I experienced that glitch and got through it. Haven't seen its like since. Now it's like it's happening all over again. Only on the same save, only when the game tries to autosave or I try to save (overwrite file or create new file... doesn't matter). Here's my papyrus log for the last attempt I did to get it to work. Note that this is only the time it took to load, open the menu, and try to save:

Can someone PLEASE help with this?

 

It's happening long after I've completed the Waking Nightmare quest. This is a new type of save game glitch that functions THE SAME WAY and hours of searching has yielded no help.
