Mystery Mod Erasing Dialogue

Ok, here's the situation:

 

I installed most of these mods a handful at a time, rearranging them via Mlox and cleaning them with TES3cmd Fixit (all active)

 

One of the ones I wanted to preserve in its entirety was LGNPC - the rewrites of the dialogue of npc's to be personalized as if each one was a character with a backstory. In fact, "Background" was one of the ones that gave the most flavor text of all the dialogue options. Things were fine for a while; install mod, new character to check, everything working normally. I kept going.

 

Except it's gone now. All dialogue with any NPC is missing the "Background" dialogue option. Some mod is responsible, and it must have conflicted in some way - either directly by switching off that option at the source, or indirectly by conflicting with LGNPC's background entries and was subsequently scrubbed and cleaned by TES3cmd.

 

Using TESPCD didn't help much - dialogue options overwritten were solely one-way from vanilla to LGNPC in each instance. It doesn't account for the missing Backgrounds, and the only conflict overwriting anything from LGNPC is Quest Tweaks and Alternatives, which has something to do with Arrille's Tradehouse storeroom in Seyda Neen.

 

So my request for help is: Where do I look? Where do I go and how do I get there, so I can at least switch off the mod responsible? I don't need all of them.

 

Here's what I've been able to eliminate so far: Clean Seyda Neen Slums isn't responsible: They were working together before the problem started. I also switched off QT&A, but got no improvements. Some peripheral mod is responsible, so here's my list in case anyone has an insight:

I really appreciate any help I get, and I'll be sure to pass the word on to the devs of each mod so they can work out a compatibility patch

I contacted the mod author for LGNPC, and he gave me some great tips! I used them to nail down which of the mods was causing the problem.

 

It was ArtifactsRedone.ESP

 

That fetcher is dead.

 

I'll also be sending a note to the mod creators to let them know, but I imagine it's going to be mostly on Artifacts Redone to fix his mod.
