Character modification mods not working.

With all due respect, that face doesn't look normal to me (for a player created character). I choose a Nord to start with. She was definitely ugly (by my standards anyway), but she didn't look like a granny. I spent a while reworking the face in racemenu, then loaded CBBE and swapped her "stock" body out for something a bit curvier and less gangly, and several months later when I figured out how to load racemenu presets, eventually blended my work with a racemenu preset overlay.

 

I'm off to bed, so if you reply, I'll check back in tomorrow.

Hmm...wait, one more *possibility.

 

I do have a few "augmenting" mods installed that might have given me an edge, although tbh, I installed many mods into the game before I knew what I was doing (mainly just going off reading peoples random posts) . Of those, these seem mot likely to cause effects, although from looking at it, they all seem kinda trivial changes.
