How to pass the 18mb save size limit?

It seems there is a cap in the save file limit, at 18mb and 200 hours.

I tried to clean with Fallrim tools, even used the experimental version, but I cant save anymore in a 205 hours playthrough.

I thought Skyrim could hold up to at least a 1000 hours. I read about people reaching 3000 hours. But, every time I try to save, the game crashes. How to pass the 18mb save size limit?

Is there another save cleaner which can do the trick?

I found the culprit. It was Dyndolod. I had remade it this morning. It had worked with another playthrough, but when I switched to the 205-hour one, it crashed on save. I had to uninstall it, go inside the house, and then was able to save. After that I reinstalled it and now its saving again. Bit of a scare, though.
