helo i am using the enb series 4.05 FREEZES FALOUT 3 any help please??

i am using this guide

~ I N S T A L L A T I O N ~

1. Download and extract ENBSeries v0.405 for Fallout 3 / New Vegas.

2. Copy d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe from Wrapper Version to there where FalloutLauncher.exe is located. Do not install any other files from ENB folder.

3. Copy the Cinematic ENB files to the same directory.

4. Turn on the HDR option in the game settings.

 

 

 

in this guide i did everything corect

 

and when i , press shift+enter to open the ENB menu, the game crashes,
