Bug - Can't turn horizontally with the mouse while casting spells standing.

So as said on the title, i'm having this bug that i can't find anything on the internet about it.

So when i cast any spell, i can't turn my mouse to sides, only up and down works.
That only happens when i'm standing, when i crouch (sneak) it turns normally to the sides.

It's driving me crazy cause i can't play like this, and i didn't want to reinstall everything again.

So anyone had this or have any insights on how i could fix this or any workaround.

I'm using a lot of mods, and so far i can't imagine wich could be, altought i tested a lot of them and so far couldn't find a culprit.

 

The game is Skyrim.
