How to fix this skin texture error with Hot Blonde Lydia?

I recently got back into Skyrim after finding why loading my save would crash to desktop all the time, went through a plethora of new mods and updating the ones I had already.

 

And then Lydia's forehead;

I've tried various mods that alter skin textures and what not, but have been unsuccessful so far, and I am unsure of what caused this, this wasn't how I left Lydia a year ago, how do I fix this?

 

Is there a way to simply copy and paste the mods I have from NMM and Wrye Bash?

 

 

 

EDIT: Even if I change to a different Lydia mod which alters her appearance the different forehead texture is still there.

Not sure how but loading the mod and going through different types of hair in the Creation kit seems to have resolved the issue with her forehead, reverted back to the Apachii femalehair09F(the one she has in above pic) and all is well.
