SSE Claim Locations for Player Use

while exploreing the vast lands of skyrim l have found some locations which would make great homes,but unfortunatly,they are places where enemys spawn and there is no safe storage.

 

What l would want from this mod (if possable) is to be able to use a spell/place a item,that makes that location (the whole building&all the cells within if possable,or if not,just the cell the "thing" is used in) not respawn,meaning any items placed on the ground or in containers will be there days,weeks,months later,l wont have to fight bandits/necromancers/soldiers/whoever whenever l return home,and any items l place in the location useing jax positioner will still be there, (and maybe l could move my followers,wife&kids in also?)

 

lf a way to make any location a player home (which is more or less what l want from this mod) is not possable,then maybe just make uttering hills cave and cracked tusk keep become player homes once the enemys inside are killed?

Off the top of my head, I believe there was a mod for oldrim, that allowed the player to claim a location, but it only added a secure chest and stopped spawning. If I recall correctly, there was no mention of changing the cell to a no reset zone or anything like that, and I don't believe it has been ported for special edition, though you could always do that for personal use.

After you take it from the Forsworn, you can begin the task of rebuilding, hiring merchants and laborers, etc. (Or you can hit the easy button and it's all done in seconds)

 

If you want a slightly more lively alternative, use a mod like My Home Is Your Home 2+ to station followers around whatever dungeon you decide to take, and consider the respawn as RPing the bad guy's attempt to take it back from you. You can also use a combination of Campfire and Portable Craftable Safe Storage, to put 9 different storage containers where you want them, or carry them around with you. What you can't do, unfortunately, is make the beds give well-rested bonuses.

sad to hear that there are currently no sse mods that fit what l want,but thanks for the advise&mod recomendations, ps the first mod you linked to l actualy remember seeing before and was kinda what l was thinking of,though l wanted something a bit better.
