The Nexus, unlike some people respect the authors of mods. If they chose to not upload their work here maybe they have a reason. Ripping stuff from another game - unless it is specifically allowed by the game maker is copyright infringement, and not allowed here. 2 ban offenses here 1. Uploading another persons work without permission. 2. Uploading copyrighted material - Rips from another game without the game makers permission - Bethesda has specifically forbidden using assets from one Bethsoft game in mods for another Bethsoft game.
