Remove feral ghouls and nightkin

I'm officially stumped and the amount of GECK crashes is killing me. I've tried many different things with the little time I've had to actually mod, but to no avail without a start up or in game CTD. @Allnamesinuse sorry dude but I'm throwing in the towel with this one, if anyone else wants to help him or take this up feel free. My limited knowledge prevents me from finishing this, but goodluck and hopefully someone comes up with a fix for you. Goodday.

If you don't have a problem with regular ghouls it might not be a bad idea to replace the ferals with them, even if they're still hostile the battles would be more interesting as well as the loot. As for the nightkin, I'd replace them with standard supermutants myself but you could again use ghouls or perhaps some human standard "mutants" with tweaked out stats and special abilities.
