[Mod Request] Orange damage numbers only on hzv>=45

As title.

Some monster have body parts that, when softened, will have hzv greater or equal to 40 but lower than 45.

WEX cannot proc on these body parts but the damage number is orange. It is very misleading.

Some examples: Lunastra's head, Zinogre's tail , Seething Bazelgeuse's legs.

I am not sure if this is doable though.
