spouse dialogue broken

[DevinJam]

after marriage the dialogue for moving does not take place. she also goes back to saying "pleasure seeing you around. as if the marriage didnt take place."
i tried looking up how to fix this and after two hours of googling i found nothing. only clue i got is it may be a mod issue but after deleting multiple mods and got nothing.

found the mod causing the issues this morning HORRAY!!!

It was Become High King of Skyrim mod. i forgot i even had that mod.
