Audio Bug - Very loud noise in some interiors.

UPDATE: I just reloaded my last save in Kodlak's Room and the issue is gone. It seems to be completely random, but it also seems saving and reloading takes care of it. Even so, I would still like to know why and how this is happening. I'd rather not have it happen at all, even if it can seemingly be fixed when it does.

 

This has only happened in a few interior cells, seemingly at random. I first noticed it in High Hrothgar earlier today, I moved towards the sound and at it's loudest it sounded like it was coming from right behind the wall. I turned on no-clip (Stab in the dark really) and went through to have a look, see if anything was there when it shouldn't be, but found nothing.

 

Later, I heard it again, in the mine under Fellhammer Keep. Again, the noise sounded like it came from right behind a wall. This happened once more just a few minutes ago in Kodlak's room in Jorvasskr.

 

The sound itself sounds exactly like those pressure plates that shoot fire, like the ones all around Ustengrav.

 

Anyone have any ideas here? It's not exactly gamebreaking, but it is unbelievably annoying and completely shatters any semblance of immersion. I'll post my load order below, I hope someone can offer some insight.

I am also having this exact same problem. I heard it within a mine somewhere, then later in Kodlak's room as well, like some kind of constant, pneumatic noise. The way UrgeNexus described the sound is exactly right.
