trouble with mod made by me

Ok so basically, i have always thought that arrow/bolt speeds in skyrim were pretty slow and lofty, probably like many people....but i used a few of the mods out there and they still seemed pretty slow or too fast.

So i decided to make my own. all worked fine up until i got hearthfire, it would seem after then my mod stopped working.

so i updated to the latest creation kit, remade my mod adding bolts with increased speed too but it seems to have made no difference to speed in game. any ideas why?

 

I checked to see wether it is definately updating in the creation kit and it is.

 

Edit: i have also tried placing it at the bottom of the load order as well to no success.

 

any help will be appreciated :thumbsup:

Ok i have tried all the arrow types and it seems that only iron is flying at the increased speeds, even though i have set all the projectiles at the same speed, this would mean it is obviously a conflict with another mod, so this can be closed.
