Are there any business owner/leisure mods out there that are like this?

I have no idea how to create a mod myself. However, I have thought about a business owner/leisure mod that I've been trying to find. If there are a group of already existing mods that are very similar to what I describe, I would love to hear about them so I can try them out. This type of mod is for those who enjoy tricky story-lines and strategic planning. If it does not exist yet it would probably take a long time to create it, though. The basic point of the mod is that your character will need to focus on working their way up to owning a business and eventually becoming rich enough to build more businesses. Your character would also be maintaining a healthy income and work-life balance. You would be allowed to choose from several different starting points instead of the vanilla one. I have seen mods out there that have alternate starts so adding a mod for that part would be easy. From there, you would be allowed to start small and make some coin from a simple job at your starting area. You would have to save up and pay rent in the house you live in until you have enough saved up to spend on yourself. The player will eventually be able to spend their coin on expensive things such as foods, fancy furniture, jewelry, perfumes/scents, and luxuries that were initially difficult to obtain.

Once the player has gained more experience he/she would be able to become a business owner. They will be able to own their own tavern or inn and make the place look as fancy or as simple as they would like. There will be cheque books, employee salaries, and couriers would need to deliver things to you. All of these things factored together will force the player to live the same life that the NPCs live, which will help players learn to be smart with their coin. More experience will allow for a better lifestyle and more coin for your character to earn. The mod would not be all about work. The effort will pay off as the player can spend their coins and explore the land of Tamriel during breaks. You will be able to spend your coin on already existing game items as well as additional items from the mod itself. Expensive things such as meats, drinks, bottles of perfume, and oils. Animations would also be added to show that your character is using items you have purchased. NPCs will also begin to use items they own.

There would be no pressure to become overly rich or own high end businesses so you will have the freedom to choose what type of lifestyle your character lives. If you want to have the freedom to become the Dragon-born, your character may have to own small businesses and try not to juggle too much at once. As Dragon-born, you would be too busy to maintain larger businesses because your coin is mostly earned through accepting most all of the vanilla quests. If you role-play characters that are not Dragon-born, you may wish to engage with the mod a bit further. Players who do not want to interact with the mod too much must keep in mind that if they are in the middle of owning a business or if they have engaged in any of the activities added by the mod, their character will go bankrupt and will lose things if anything they started or owned are left alone for a long period of time.

I would love a mod like that. Something like Recettear tries to do.

However, I've not been able to find such a mod. There are however a few others you may be interested in (Be warned you will become ridiculously wealthy with one of them.)

Businesses of Skyrim-Felhammer forge This mod lets you own a forge and you can fulfill orders. I have it, but I've personally not enjoyed it too much.

LC_Build Your Noble House This mod allows you to build your own fiefdom. You will hire people to mine iron and clay, chop firewood, and hire guards to protect the town. The people there will also pay you tax revenue regularly. On top of this your castle is a very nice player home. A bit big and empty (of people) for my taste nicely decorated, but I am very fond of the treasure room.

RE - Real Estate Continued This mod is the one that will make you absurdly wealthy, but I love the idea of buying property. The cost to start the business is high and the original profit margins are low, but as you gradually buy more and more that income stream rises exponentially. The most expensive property is (at a minimum based on settings) 1,000,000,000.

Adura's Merchant Mod (SSE Port) This mod is the one most like what I was looking for. You can open a market stall in any city that allows you to own property. Theoretically you can sell your items and even barter with people. However, when I first setup in white run I never had anyone stop by the stall. So I had to hire an npc to work it. If you have any junk like pots and pans linen and paper. This mod is a good about selling things like those for a very tidy profit. The downside is they will undervalue any item with an enchantment extremely. Also it requires you to not have "Open Cities" installed. It was a tough choice and were I to start a new game I would probably do without this mod.

Your Market Stall I haven't tried this yet, going through all of the mods produced within the last year and tangentially found this one. I'm going to start a new game and try this out (along with many other mods) I can tell you what it says in the description. You sit down wherever and sell your wares. The more pedestrians around the more likely someone will come over and buy.

Sokco's Guild Starter (SSE Port) This one allows you to create a guild of any type. Mining, cooking, alchemy, or adventurers. Another one I've found during my modding deep dive that sounds interesting.
