unarmed glitch and crashing

Hey everyone. Ive had skyrim for a while now, and recently got a new powerhouse of a PC. 16gb ram, 1.9 TB hard drive, AMD Raedon HD 7900, all that stuff. I reinstalled skyrim updated to the latest update and got the dawnguard DLC.

 

I am having two issues. One is that my unarmed attack seems to do no damage at all a lot of the time. I have mods that are supposed to overhaul the unarmed system, but most of the time when I attack someone with my fists, their health bar stays the same. Very very rarely a punch will actually work.

 

The other issue is that skyrim randomly freezes. Seems to happen a lot more during combat, outside, and while jumping or moving around vigorously (or all of them at once). The freeze never freezes my whole system and I am always able to Ctrl Alt Del with no problem and end task instantly. The freezes usually happen about anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes into the game. I use nexus mod manager for all of my mods and frequently adjust my load order so that they all remain compatible. Here are all of my mods with the BOSS Log
