NPCs lips aren't moving

From what I read in the Skytest thread I gather that the Mod author was unable to reproduce this bug which probably means that it's some kind of compatibility problem with another mod we are using in conjunction with Skytest. It also seems to be pretty rare.

 

I can confirm that starting a new game with Skytest active results in the same issue for me so it's not just a screwed up save.

 

If you could post your mod list and load order I could compare it against mine and maybe narrow down the cause.

Here is my BOSS load order (now excluding SkyTest, which I was loading at the end to hopefully win out conflicts) Four of the last .esp's are my own mods, but the most they do is remove/add a spell from/to a follower or slight cosmetic changes to an enviornment. All has been cleaned via Tes5Edit including my own mods which shouldn't have any conflicts with SkyTest. The only other mods I have installed that don't show here is the texture pack Skyrim HD 2k which shouldn't affect gameplay whatsoever. Let me know if any of this matches up with yours and maybe we can pin this down. I've also downloaded a few mods since the bug appeared which I have labeled.

Hey old thread but i had same problem.. been searching for fix and installing/unistalling mods for weeks.. almost gave up then i found out the problem was birds of skyrim... at least in my case it was causing some conflicts or was a problem it self but now lips lock/not moving bug is fixed 100% when deactivated.. if that doesnt work try starting new game or fresh save.. hope i help someone searching for fix because i know how annoying and immersion breaking it is..

Edit: After playing more with mods i found out that you cant use Skybirds, birds of skyrim, real wildlife and skytest realistic predators mod together.. only use one of them and the problem wont happen...
