LE Skyrim legendary skill keep perks mod request

Now I know that there is the uncapped skill level mod out there but these mods just offer to make the skill level go beyond 100 and that can create an issue with the level that after 100 will need more exp to go up.

What I suggest is a mod that whenever you make a skill legendary you get to keep all its perks, but what about the level requirement? u might ask, will two solutions here, make it that whenever u get to legendary u r always considered 100 level in that skill or just keep the perks but now u have to level up to get whatever perks that u didn't get.

This way the level up will remain true to vanilla style and also lets u keep these 100 level requirement skills that I personally don't use them alot cause I have to make my skill legendary to feel that this skill is still usefull to my level up
