CTD whenever horse leaves the ground

I am running a few mods, and I have disabled, shuffled, re-install, and several other Forum ideas to put a stop to these crashes. I am at a lost for what to attempt next. Also, I have installed a game booster app, just in case but I'm sure that my system can easily handle running Skyrim.
