Crash when Loading Recent Saves

Hi, I'm currently trying to figure out whats causing the odd issue for my modlist where my recent saves after I get midway Bleak Falls Barrow becomes impossible to load as it crashes after a good 5 seconds of loading screen.

 

I'm not quite sure what may be causing this as everything seems to be working fine without issues until I have to load a save pass the midpoint of the dungeon. I also tried clearing the dungeon fully and saving at riverwood but it seems something may have latched on the save that makes it crash on load. I already did LOOT, FNIS and Nemesis, cleaning the saves and Bashed patched the list to no avail.

 

Any insight that can help is appreciated. Thanks!

Ah actually looks like I found the issue using the .Net Script Framework to track the mod conflict. Here's the mod for any one who wants to try give it a shot finding your own issues https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21294

 

Issue at my side was Forgotten Spawns conflicting with Mihail Storm Golemns.

 

Below is the part of the crash log the mod above provided which told me everything I need to know.
