LE Always Foggy Weather

I really love the look of my game when the weather churns out the "Far Fog" effect. I can still see lots, but everything in the distance is blurred and halo-ey, and I love how that looks.

 

The only mod I can find that sort of does what I want is the "Always Cloudy Weather" mod. But I don't want it to always be overcast in my game! That's dreary!

 

So, what I'd like to request, is a mod that makes the "Far Fog" weather effect always active, regardless of rain, snow, clear skies or cloud cover. As in, when there's a heavy blizzard or thunderstorm, the heavy fog effect should be there, but even if there's no rain, no snow and no clouds, I still want the far fog effect to be ever-present. If that's at all possible.
