halex1316
I've been interested in starting making mods in the Skyrim creation kit, and it doesn't seem to be working. I launch it, and have reinstalled it a few times, so there are no changes to the program, and I want to be able to make mods, and then when at the bottom it says "Initializing FaceGen..." it says the program is not responding. I've let it sit for about an hour before, and won't work. Does anyone know a solution to this?
jack013
Do you have the most up to date version. Also if you open a dlc you need to add the bsa to the archive line in the "SkyrimEditor.ini".
halex1316
I have the most up to date everything. Skyrim, Creation kit, everything. The creation kit doesn't even launch.

TheGreenLion
Try this: Open Steam and go to Library --> Tools then right-click on Creation Kit, select Properties and go to Local Files. Press Verify Integrity of Tool Cache and see if it doesn't have something important missing.
