TotallyNotToastyFresh Posted December 10, 2008 Share Posted December 10, 2008 I was thinking of this the other day, and it sounded easy enough. Here's a pic from Mass Effect. Virtually all you would need to do is get a texture from a HGEC mod and color it light blue, and then model the hairstyle.
