Fresh install CTD still Plz help

I was getting random "pauses" like 1 second freezes at regular intervals so i thought it was some scripts problem and decided to do a fresh install, i just did it today and these are the mods i am using now, whoever after about 5 minutes i CTD im not in battle/magic casting/running I can just be standing still outside and it will happen

 

Plz check my load order and let me know if anything is out or maybe suspicious in your opinion, i've gone over it and this is even less mods than i had in my previous install
