pieistasty Posted January 4, 2013 Share Posted January 4, 2013 i need help for some reason whenever i am out side of the strip there is no dome of light or any light coming from the buildings i don't know if its just a problem with my game or any mods, the only mods i can think of that might affect this are electro-city Nevada skies darker nights and brighter lights and URWL please help.
