Weird interaction when duel wielding

[Preronix]

Was downloading some animation mods but then decided to roll with the vanilla ones. Then when uninstalling previous animations i noticed i had a weird interaction when double clicking left attack when duel wielding. Think maybe i have some animations i forgot to uninstall but can't quite figure out which it is or what is conflicting with my current mods.
