Some of the dialogue I created is getting skipped...

I created an NPC that will force greet the player after the quest gets updated. The way it is supposed to work is

1. He force greets and says is lines

2. Player gets a choice between "yes" or "no"

3. dialogue continues on depending on the choice

 

This is how it actually happens

1. He force greets and immediately skips 1 and 2 from before and says his lines as if the player just chose the option "yes"

2. dialogue continues on fine from there.

 

Now, I don't have voice files yet so I understand that sometimes the dialogue might go by fast. I am using Fuz Roh Doh, though, so everything but this greeting is fine. Anyways, even if the dialogue is going by too fast because of the lack of voice files, it shouldn't be skipping the players options. I double checked to make sure that the links were correct, and they are. The only way the dialogue should be able to progress is if the player actually chooses "yes" or "no".

 

Anyone know why this might be happening?
