From what I understand it seems my connection to all other servers are s#*&#33; and the only decent server I could connect to is Singapore which is literally just next to my country. Does this mean I have to buy premium to have access to *normal* download speeds rather than this unusable 30kbps speeds?

Just bought premium membership and switched servers to Singapore. Download speeds are bearable at average 600ish kbps. It did peaked at 2MBps for a while but that happened only once. Is there anyway to improve the speeds?
