LE Ritual stone ability as dragonshout

I thought it would be cool to make the ritual stone ability (you know, mass resurrection) usable as dragonshout. Of course the shout should have a long cooldown. Is this possible to do in the creation kit?

I might be able to do that myself :rolleyes:

Another idea of me is that the blue texture on resurrected bodies could be removed and the moaning they do from time to time :thumbsup:
