So i'm trying to make a very immersive fallout experience but i feel like in the apocalypse guns should be rare and ammo even more so. i want an mod that makes melee the most common form of combat with only legendary enemies( or like 1 in 10 common enemies) having access to firearms. i have been searching the site and forms for something similar for hours with no results. if anybody can help me find what i'm looking for or i would be thankful.
