I do however want to bring the idea up in the modding community. And if there is something similar being done or being though of i would love to hear about it. I was wondering if it would be possible to recreate skyrim in a different age. Which means one could use the same thing, but would also need to redo dungeons, large parts of cities and so on. And recreate extinct races. I think the best age would be late merethic era or early first era. I am thinking the reign og king Harald, but before he wiped the snow elves out for good. It think this is a great time because it was a time with snow-elves, dwemer and early nords living in skyrim. One could bring dwemer cities to life. Living underground dwemer cities! Who would not want that? Maybe a mechanics skilltree? It would also bring great lore backdrops for quest. Conflicts between early nord and snow elves for example. It would have course be a shame if someone did this only halfways. It would have to be true to the lore. For example the nord burrows would either not exist or be in use. Not ancient dungeons. And every thing that remained unchanged from skyrim would have to be checked with the lore. From buildings, to settlements and dungeons.
