Crashing (oldrim) when activating objects

Minor disclaimer: I'm running 160 plugins game runs smooth as butter
On my old rig i didn't have this issue. I upgraded to a custom built higher end with windows 10.

Rig info

Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Intel® Xeon® CPU E5-1650 v2 @ 3.50GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
32gb Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

The PROBLEM is the game was running smooth for an hour (runs well with no issue like this on my old inferior rig with the occasional tolerable crashes)
Until i go to sit in a chair or chop wood or activate a furnace and the game crashes.
At first (a few days ago) when i first encountered this annoying bug i thought it was because i would run out of stamina.
It would happen EXACTLY when i'd run out stamina. Once that happened, i activated a cooking pot or a chair and CTD.
I've tried save cleaning. Disabling mods; cleaning them etc..Reinstall, fresh install of mods and so on. I am using default EnB from EnbDev.
Just now it happened for no real reason.

No idea whats going on here's my load order
