New helmet - not showing ingame

Hi, I have slight problem which I cannot solve.

I tried to replace the dragonpriesthood with a no-hood model. I used 3DSmax for the modelling and texturing part and nifskope for finishing it up. But when i load the game, the mesh is all black with no texture on it. I dont know what I done wrong - I didnt changed the default texture, I just only replaced the model. Now I dont know how set the texture properly - when I copy the texure branch from the original model, The mesh in-game disappears. When I place the texure by hand, using nifskope, the mesh is black. I have them in right folder, that was the first thing I learned to do.

I just dont know. Im still a beginner, not experienced in working with nifskope, 3dsmax or creationkit, so I need a deatiled description how to set the textures properly.

Well, changed the UV sets to 4097 > nothing, model is still black.

Checked the pathways > everythings fine.

The model is still black. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate, if someone make some from-the-ground tutorial on how to make and import helmet. Or, how to modify and succesfully save existing, bethesda made, model.

Nobody else? Im bit frustrated now. Everything is exactly the same, like the original model. The original model shows the texture correctly. The newly modified one shows black. I dont know, what to do. 3Dstudioshows texture. Nifskope shows texture in right pathway. Edited by JahDexter

Yes. I used this video from JoePikop :

And, Yes, I have set the vertex colors to yes. Well, I have opened in Nifskope the original model side-by-side with my newly created one and checkced everything, just to be sure. The result is, original model shows texture, my model is black. Finito.

Here is the model and .esp to use in-game. Please, check it and look at it. Im not sure, if Ive done everything as it has to be done.
