New Mod Idea / Help Wanted

Long time Dragon Age player, first time poster. I was wondering if anyone out there has ever thought about making a mod for Dragon Age that removes the sex scenes? (I know, I know, very opposite of what most people want, myself included on most days :wink: However, my 12 year old daughter has expressed interest in playing, and honestly I would love to let her because it's such an awesome game and story - BUT - as her mom I'm not comfortable putting her in a situation where she feels like a man is asking to have sex with her. (Even if it is a pretend person, the feelings it can create are real.) I have used tons of mods but never made one myself, and honestly I wouldn't even know where to start.

 

If anyone out there has done previous mods and is familiar with how something like this might work I would love to talk. Thanks for reading :smile:

@AquilaNocturnus; Are you looking just to have the actual "scenes" skipped, or to have the romances removed completely?

 

You might want to check out this mod: Dragon Age Kids. It does both, as well as turning the entire Main Party (and several dozen NPCs) into children.

 

If that doesn't suit, you might contact the author and see if he could adapt it into what you're looking for.

Thank you so much for the suggestion! I will for sure check out the Dragon Age Kids mod, it sounds like it might be perfect. Also, thanks for the link to the study - it was very interesting!
