So, after a little absence, I reinstalled New Vegas, activated my mods, and began making sure everything was working smoothly. To my dismay, New Vegas cannot seem to run more than five minutes at a time without crashing, but its especially egregious while moving or entering a cell.

The worst part is that I've previously played a perfectly functional game with a load order similar to this one, without any problems beyond the usual ones associated with New Vegas.

Get rid of plugins until your total is less than 140. There's a serious engine bug that corrupts things when 140 or more are loaded regardless of their size or what they do.

Plugins only, though? Texture replacements are fair game?

I find the texture packs cause my game to run of memory and crash, so I would suggest easing up on the system load, try Fraps ( http://www.fraps.com/ ) to see how your PC is handling the load, if it is lower than 20 you can't really handle those mods, if its lower than 10, cut down on Hi-res textures or continue to crash after 5 minutes.
