General NPC Conversation voice mod

I am really sick of every NPC saying the same thing even if they have different voices.

Like Merchants always saying the same lines like

"Oh a bit of this, a bit of that"

and npcs greeting you with

"It's a fine day with you around"

Surely they could say some different things that have the same general meaning like and randomize it a bit more like for the examples above

Merchants say when you ask what they have for sale in addition to what's normal a random one of these

"You break it you bought it"

"Are you looking for something in particular?"

and in the greetings NPCs who like you could say

"Good day to you"

"Pleased to make your acquaintance"

I don't know why Bethesda spent so much time recording all the different story dialogue which surely takes up a lot more file size and left only a few repeating statements. And NPCs then will say the same lines regardless of who they are. IRL some people tend to greet you with "Hey Man" some "Hello" some "Dude what's up" etc. obviously not lore friendly but you get the picture, they don't all say the same thing.

etc.

Im sure theres loads of unused lines which could be used to make the game more immersive even if they are just added to existing dialogue like with the guards mod.

I was thinking the same the other day as well, i was in the store in Whiterun and as i entered the building the shopkeep said have a look around.. but there was nothing to look at the shop was virtually empty so seemed awkward for him to say it, its not like i could browse the stock like in fable 3 or anything. The npc should firstly greet you (yes everyday) and have alternative dialog if you are returning then ask you about your day, discuss items in stock etc to build rapport because the dialogue in general seems generic and limited in all areas of Skyrim.
