CaptainTexas Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 (edited) Hey, I am building a mod where I replace the clothing NCR troopers, and unique characters, are wearing. The troopers will always use the new backpacks, but they won't always equip the new armor and helmets. What is really weird is that some troopers, some of the time, will equip their new armor, and others won't. And sometimes everyone is wearing it, and sometimes no one is. And it gets weirder; occasionally all or a few random NCR-NPCS won't have clothing of any kind, nor will it any longer be in their inventory. -I have all settings for master files and 'buddy' files set up right, otherwise it wouldn't work at all. What I need is a way to prevent NCR from possessing, using, and equipping vanilla (default) armor and helmets. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Xaranth Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 Sounds to me like it's probably an item condition/DT error. My understanding is that the AI chooses what to wear based on the DT of the item. If your new armour is in such poor condition that the DT is lower than the base armour, they'll stick with their base armour. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
